Have you ever set new years resolutions and then failed to meet the goal? Sounds familiar, right? The same thing happens when people take on an exercise program at home or they try to change their diet – it CAN work, but it takes dedication and a commitment to keep at it. By being an accountability partner (coach) for someone else, you can help them reach their goals. I became a coach because I love feeling healthy and strong, and I knew that if I was a coach, I would be committing myself to staying on top of my own health and fitness goals. Not only is this the ultimate accountability system, but I'm building an income from the comfort of my home. It feels good to be able to contribute to the family finances! Am I perfect? Heck no! Do I struggle from time to time to get my workouts done? Yes! Do I eat clean 100% of the time? No! It's all about balance - and that's something I've had to work on throughout my coaching business.
The products work, but the process takes time. I’m a coach so I can help encourage others to stay on track, to remind them that their goal is within reach and that they need to continue the path – because changing your life doesn’t happen overnight.
